Summary:

As the Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of projects, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship, timeliness, and client satisfaction. Your extensive experience in exhibit and trade show fabrication will be critical to the team’s success. This position reports directly to the Fabrication Production Manager.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead a team of skilled builders and craftsmen in fabricating custom exhibits, displays, and trade show booths. Ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Maintain and enforce strict quality control standards throughout the fabrication process. Ensure that all products meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Provide training and supervision to ensure the team’s safety and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Identify and address any issues or obstacles during fabrication, making quick and effective decisions to keep projects on track.
  • Communicate with clients, addressing project-related concerns or changes and providing excellent customer service.
  • To ensure complete transparency and accountability, maintain accurate project records, including schedules, budgets, and changes.
  • Mentor, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure the seamless transition from design to fabrication, offering insights and suggestions to enhance project feasibility and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • 10+ years of proven experience in exhibit and trade show custom fabrication as a Foreman or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of materials, techniques, and best practices in the custom fabrication industry.
  • Effective communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and plans.
  • Proficiency with fabrication tools and equipment.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to enforce them.

Location:

We are looking for someone who can work out of our Huntington Beach, CA, Headquarters.
