The Ask

Lakeshore Learning partnered with Show Ready to deliver two distinct exhibit environments that would elevate their presence and product storytelling at major industry events.

  • For NAEYC, Lakeshore needed a modular, scalable exhibit system capable of making a strong visual impact while offering flexibility for future shows. The environment had to invite educators in, support meaningful interaction, and adapt to a range of booth sizes over time.
  • For EDSpaces, the focus shifted to a more product-forward experience—one that clearly showcased Lakeshore’s educational solutions while remaining adaptable to different footprints and evolving show needs.

Across both activations, the ask was consistent: build exhibits that are flexible, durable, and unmistakably on-brand , delivering long-term value while supporting different event goals.

The Solution

Show Ready partnered with FGPG and Lakeshore’s internal team to engineer two purpose-built exhibit solutions—each tailored to its audience while sharing a common foundation of smart fabrication and modular design.

NAEYC Exhibit

  • Anodized aluminum extrusion framing paired with SEG fabric graphics for clean visuals and easy reconfiguration
  • Modular base units featuring locking storage, display shelving, and integrated downlighting to balance form and function
  • A stage backdrop and bold graphic system that helped define zones and reinforce Lakeshore’s brand presence on the show floor

EDSpaces Exhibit

  • Two adjustable display frames (10′ W x 5′ D) designed to extend to either 8′ or 10′ in height, allowing flexibility across booth configurations
  • A 47′-wide pony wall with double-sided product mounting, maximizing visibility while creating a strong architectural anchor
  • Updated graphic elements, including large-format panels and refreshed tree motifs, to support a cohesive, education-focused visual story

Across both exhibits, materials and construction methods were selected to support efficient installation, repeat use, and long-term durability — ensuring the builds could work harder over multiple events.
