CINC SYSTEMS

THE ASK

Cinc Systems provides software solutions for a niche group: community association management. While we all might bemoan an HOA, Cinc rose to the challenge to bring an experiential moment to a category that doesn’t always lend itself to the obvious, and we met that challenge head-on: build something that made property management software feel legitimately fun to work with.

The team’s first trade show booth design with The Shop at Show Ready focused on a brief centered around a “GPS game” concept. Suburban landscape, interactive, and fun, with attendees moving through touchpoints along a pathway, marked by prompts. It needed to feel like a neighborhood turned into a board game: familiar, inviting, and full of play to make people stop and participate.

THE SOLUTION

Show Ready fabricated the full GPS Game environment, blending existing booth assets with custom scenic fabrication made from scratch. The scope called for:

  • Custom 2D scenic cutouts to establish the suburban narrative
  • 360 photo booth as the central engagement moment
  • Branded leaderboard to track the game progress
  • Interactive wall structures functioning as a structural backdrop and social sharing moments

Scenic Landscape

The suburban visual direction started with 2D scenic cutouts. Multiple scenic tree assemblies included picket fences, mailboxes and bushes, standing nearly 11ft tall. Each was constructed from millwork, standard laminates and black PVC with costume cut shapes, anchored to powder-coated steel base plates. Combined, it established a tree-lined “street” for the game we built around.

Structural Wall Elements

An addition for a larger footprint for a secondary show later that year for Cinc. These included two primary wall structures: a ticket wall, and a wing wall.

  • The ticket wall: a 12x12x10 ft L-shaped wall functioned as a hall of fame game display
  • The wing wall: a 8ft long by 10 ft high structure of four hardpanels in black laminate helped provide a social sharing backdrop

Photobooth Platform

The original concept included a 360-degree photo op as the central engagement piece. By the second show, it was replaced with a 35” diameter circle platform. Just over half a foot high at 7 inches, finished in formica white, vinyl wrapped, and matched to the brand style helped elevate the booth - literally.

Graphics, Kiosks and Centerpieces

Four 95” double-sided kiosks with halo-style LED logos with lockable storage cabinets were added in the final scope, anchoring the demo stations and engagement points throughout the space. The game path itself was defined by the original concept’s floor - artificial turf with printed vinyl - that guided guests through the space without a single wayfinding sign.

THE RESULT

The GPS Game concept delivered what the brief asked for: a reason to engage that had nothing to do with software features and everything to do with experience.

The suburban scenic environment gave CINC Systems a visual identity on the show floor that stood completely apart from the standard conference booth grid. The game path created natural foot traffic flow through the space, moving attendees from touchpoint to touchpoint and giving the CINC team consistent, structured opportunities for conversation at each stop. The 360-degree photo booth and Wings Mural Wall generated shareable social content throughout the conference, extending the activation's reach beyond the show floor.

THE EVOLUTION: CAI National and CINC Up

Fortunately, CINC’s original GPS game of life brought the team back for two consecutive years, each time with a renowned sense of who they are, and what they needed their space to accomplish.

CAI National

At CAI National in 2025, the trade show booth design shifted for the year from an experiential board game to a more refined workflow-driven design. With a 16x20 space, the booth kept the dual kiosk style and hard panel wall system, but was reworked with all new copy and an enhanced graphics package. The focal point was led by a 14ft hanging halo sign, with 3 dedicated workstations below: Finance, Management, and Community. These stations were designed to deliver specific software demos to targeted user personas instead of a general product overview, enriching the context of the company further.

CINC Up

Cinc Systems came back in 2026 with a new show, a new venue, and a brand new brief. For the CINC Up Conference in Florida, the concept moved from the playful game board into a large-scale brand presence, integrating a fully architectural branded environment.

With a 16x16 space, it integrated fabrication and digital tech into a single cohesive space representing a suburban environment on a larger scale. Show Ready fabricated the structure on BeMatrix, with universal brackets and steel baseplates to provide the foundation; everything else was built on top of it. Anchored by a wood-frame archway tunnel with facades on each side, the booth became a cleaner, more architectural finish, building off the initial 2024 concept.

Over 800 square feet of SEG fabric maintained the heavy lifting on the graphics, featuring houses and condos across the perimeter. Included for a friendly break to booth guests was a custom-branded foosball table. Six QR code graphics throughout the booth helped with a digital engagement layer that tethered the physical environment to CINC’s platform ecosystem.

WHY IT MATTERS

Cinc Systems serves as a great example of what long-term trade show booth design relationships produce in the real world. Our first build with CINC established the concepts and the voice of their brand, and as we evolved, the second and third designs built on that foundation with improved scale, increased sophistication in materials and tone, and tighter integration of elements, both physically and digitally. Show Ready can build both – your first impression given, and the one that raises the bar higher after every new design.
