PERSONA AT MONEY 20/20

The Ask

Persona came to Money 20/20 with a clear mission: show the fintech world what identity operations actually look like in practice. Not just on a slide deck, but hands-on, interactive, and impossible to walk past.

The brief called for a 10x20 footprint that could carry real product weight. LED displays and demo stations were the catalyst for communicating live product flows, and somewhere in the mix, there needed to be a moment that pulled people in off the floor and kept them there. That moment was a custom Plinko game.

Small footprint. Big ask.

The Solution

Show Ready fabricated a 10x20 exhibit around a beMatrix core structure, building Persona's identity-forward environment from the studs out.

Structure and Millwork

The beMatrix framework housed a storage room with an inward-opening pivot door and a window panel, keeping the back of house clean and accessible without eating into the usable footprint. Three custom millwork pieces defined the guest-facing zones: a 111-inch swag and reception counter in woodgrain laminate with a backlit logo and flip-up extension, a 72-inch demo station with lockable storage and exposed cubbies on both sides, and a 36-inch nook counter with lockable storage and a matching woodgrain finish. Rounded profiles on the counters and signage carried Persona's brand language throughout, keeping the visual continuity the brief required, while the structural frames did their job quietly underneath.

Graphics and Signage

A full SEG fabric backwall, 240 inches wide by 95.19 inches high, anchored the rear of the booth, with side-return graphics extending the visual field across the full perimeter. The header was a custom metal-framed backlit unit that gave the Persona name a strong, glowing presence above the booth line.

Pegboard walls in woodgrain laminate ran across the storage room face, pony wall, and demo station, designed to display removable acrylic tiles as part of Persona's product storytelling system.

AV and Technology

An 8-wide by 3-high LED video wall was integrated directly into the beMatrix framing, giving Persona a high-resolution display surface for live product flow demonstrations without adding structural bulk.

Flooring and Finishing

A two-tone floor plan used carpeting and vinyl to define distinct zones within the footprint, grounding the environment and orienting attendees through the space without a single sign to guide them.

Logistics and Labor

Advanced warehouse delivery and outbound shipping were managed by Pyramid Logistics. Installation and dismantle labor was provided by Nth Degree. The exhibit ran on 20-amp 24-hour electrical and a dedicated 10 Mbps internet connection, keeping the demo stations and LED wall live for the full four days.

Results

Persona's booth punched well above its weight class on the Money 20/20 floor.

The custom Plinko game did exactly what it was designed to do: create a reason to stop, stay, and engage. In a hall full of booths competing for the same attention, a game with a physical puck and a branded board consistently drew foot traffic and served as a natural conversation starter at every turn.

The demo stations and LED wall provided those conversations with a place to go. Product flows ran live throughout the show, letting attendees interact with Persona's identity operations platform firsthand rather than watching a presentation. The combination of tactile engagement and working technology turned a 200-square-foot footprint into a genuinely immersive brand moment.

The rounded millwork and consistent woodgrain finish carried Persona's visual identity across every surface in the booth, creating a coherent environment that felt designed rather than assembled.

Why It Matters

A 10x20 booth doesn't give you much room to make a mistake. Every square foot has to earn its place, and every fabrication decision either serves the experience or costs it. Show Ready built Persona's Money 20/20 presence with that math in mind, delivering a booth that worked as hard as the brand behind it.
